Introduction
- The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Isra University was established in 2011 with limited manpower and resources.
- Despite its humble beginnings, the QEC has grown steadily, developing processes and systems aimed at ensuring quality in academic and administrative functions.
- Over time, the QEC has played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the university, aligning its efforts with national and international standards of higher education.
- By gradually implementing well-structured quality assurance mechanisms, the QEC continues to contribute to enhancing the academic and institutional excellence of Isra University.

Mission Statement
To determine and maintain the standard of teaching, and research in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching through a structured improvement plan, evaluation, and continuous monitoring.
Director QEC Profile
- Graduated from MUET, Jamshoro with BE in 1999
- Postgraduation for NUML, Islamabad with MBA in 2010
- Around 23 years of Experience working in industry and Academia
- Joined Isra University in 2011 as a QA professional
- Started QA Career as Deputy Director QA
- Currently working as Director QEC since 2019 to date
- Also designated as Additional Registrar (2019-2021)
- Attended numerous workshops/ training for the capacity of QA Professionals
- Recognized as Certified Reviewer by SHEC in 2023
- Recognized Master Trainer for Training of Teachers in 2023
